2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders will be confirmed via e-male. Delivery will be done by Fastway Couriers. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once the parcel has been collected by Fastway Couriers.

4. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Woody Goodies 4 Kids is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Woody Goodies 4 Kids will refund the client in full within 15 days. Defective Products will be replaced on receipt of the returned defective product by the customer. Cancellation of orders by the client before dispatch will attract a 7.5 % administration fee.
